1.14.6.1.Time Frame Once an application is received, the Town Staff will work diligently to review the application as quickly as time and workload allows. It is reasonable to expect that an application will appear before the Planning Commission with a recommendation within 60 days of receipt of the application, if the developer has been diligent in responding to requests for additional information required to process the application. The scale or
complexity of a project or Town Staff workload may necessitate a longer processing
period. In such cases, the Town Staff will notify the applicant when an application is filed
of the projected time frame.
