The Planning Commission and Town Board will review and hold public hearings on petitions for zone change or code amendments every four months provided that a petition is submitted no
GENERAL PROVISIONS and PROCEDURES
later than sixty (60) days prior to the hearing. The public hearings shall be scheduled to occur on
or about February 1, June 1, and October 1 of each year. Petitions for zone change or code
amendments shall be received no later than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled hearing. The
Planning Commission may, on its own initiative or on the request of an applicant, hold a public
hearing for zone change at such other time as the Commission may determine to be convenient
and appropriate.
