Notice of hearings before the Planning Commission and Town Board concerning amendments to the General Plan, zoning map, and Development Code, preliminary and final subdivision plat approvals, appeals, variances and other requests of actions of the Board of Adjustment shall be provided in accordance with this section and describe the proposed action. Notice of amendments to the General Plan, this Code and zoning actions shall be given at least fourteen (14) days before the date set for the hearing. Notice of amendment or vacation of subdivision plats, when required, shall be given in accordance with State law. All other notice required herein shall be given at least fourteen (14) days before the date set for hearing, if a hearing is required under this Code.
