The Planning Commission may recommend the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for
the following uses of land in the LI-1 Zone in accordance with Section 1.14 of this Code.

accessory structures) subject to the applicant submitting a site plan and
providing adequate evidence of safe setbacks, location, layout, noise reduction,
and continuing management.
