All landscaped areas shall be maintained on a regular basis and be kept neat and clean. If the Zoning Administrator determines the maintenance requirement has not been satisfied, the Zoning Administrator shall notify the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission shall notify the owner of the subject property, as listed in the office of the Wasatch County Recorder, of a meeting to be held between the owner and the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission will detail the lack of maintenance and inform the owner that a continued lack of maintenance will warrant issuance of a class C misdemeanor
