Conservation land shall be located and designed within the Conservation Subdivision to add to the visual amenities of neighborhoods and to the surrounding area by maximizing the visibility of internal open space. Such enhanced visibility of conservation land may be accomplished through design and location of such open space as terminals at the ends of streets or along Asingle-loaded@ street segments, particularly along the outside edges of street curves, and by maximizing the visibility of external open space as perimeter Agreenbelt@ conservation land.
