Applications for a Conservation Subdivision shall be submitted and processed in accordance with the requirements and procedures set forth in the Town Subdivision Ordinance, including submission and approval of schematic, preliminary and final plans or plats, and any additional procedural requirements set
forth in this Chapter, including, but not limited to, submission of a Subdivision Yield Plan, Sensitive Area Designation Plan and/or Master Development Plan.
