1) The owner of any land to be part of a subdivision may be required to install all required improvements and guarantee the installation of such improvements, as required by the Land Use Authority, as provided by the County’s Development Standards and Construction Specifications and as inspected and approved by the County Engineer, or designee. 2) For the purposes of this Ordinance and this Chapter, the requirements of
Subdivision 1103 Appeal of Subdivision Plat Amendment Decisions · Subdivision 1631 Guarantee of Installation of Improvements, Zoning Ordinance shall apply
