1) Any person(s) aggrieved by a decision of the BOCC concerning a Final Subdivision
Application (Major) may appeal the decision to District Court, as provided by Chapter 13, Zoning Ordinance. 2) Any person(s) aggrieved by a decision of the Commission concerning a Final Subdivision Application (Minor) may appeal the decision to the BOCC, as provided by Chapter 13, Zoning Ordinance.
