The BOCC hereby establishes civil penalties for violations of any of the provisions of this Ordinance as follows: 1) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day for the first violation. 2) Fifty dollars ($50.00) per day for the second and further violations. 3) Each day a violation occurs shall be considered a separate violation.
