The Commission shall appoint from among its members a Chair and a Vice-Chair of the Planning Commission, who shall each be appointed to a one year term beginning January 1st to December 31st, which may be extended with the
approval of the Commission. The City Recorder shall serve as the Secretary. The duties and responsibilities of the
Officers of the Commission shall be as described in this Chapter.
