Off-street parking and loading facilities in existence on the effective date of this Code shall not be
reduced below the parking and loading requirements of this Code. If such facilities are already
below these requirements, they shall not be further reduced below the requirements of this Code.
2.
When the use of an existing building or structure is changed to a new use, parking or loading
facilities shall be provided in the amount required for such new use. However, if an existing
building or structure was established prior to the effective date of this Code, any increase in the
required parking or loading facilities shall be limited to the amount by which the new use exceeds
the existing use.
