Cleveland zoning code

2-3.10 PENALTIES

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Cleveland code is at http://www.clevelandtown.org/planning--zoning.htm. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Zoning ordinance only; the subdivision ordinance is a scanned image on the town's site and is not included. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Cleveland planning before you rely on it.
Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation, and the principals or agents thereof violating or causing the violation of this Section, or a permit issued pursuant to this Section, shall be guilty of a Class “C” misdemeanor and punished upon conviction by a fine and/or imprisonment as provided for by Utah State law. A. In addition, the Town shall be entitled to bring a civil action to enjoin and/or abate the continuation of the violation. B. Residents within the Town or owners of property within the Town may file an action to enjoin the continuation of a violation of this ordinance affecting their interests.
