Daniel zoning code

8.12.07 Height Requirements

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Daniel code is at https://danielutah.gov/code-and-ordinances/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Title 8 only; a separate 2025 subdivision amendment ordinance is not merged in. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Daniel planning before you rely on it.
Height of all dwellings, accessory buildings, and/or structures shall not exceed forty feet (40) feet above natural grade unless approved as a Conditional Use. Buildings which abut a residential zone or use shall be increased at least one (1) foot for each two (2) feet in building height above twenty (20) feet (See Section 8.21.19).
