This is the town's 1975 typed zoning ordinance, the only one posted online (on Emery County's site). It may be outdated; confirm the current rules with the town.

The following buildings, structures, and uses of land shall be permitted in the C-1
Commercial Zone upon compliance with requirements as set forth in this Ordinance.
1. Agriculture.
2. Buildings, structures, and uses permitted in the R-1 Residential Zone subject to
the same requirements and conditions of uses applying in the R-1 Residential
Zone.
3. Motels.
4. Recreational vehicle courts subject to the requirement relating to said uses as set
forth under Section 02.0900 of this Ordinance.
5. All retail establishments.
6. All service enterprises such as barber shops, garages, plumbing shops, carpenter
shops, and similar service enterprises and buildings and structures related thereto,
provided all merchandise, materials and equipment except automobiles, trucks,
and other vehicles in running order and except automobiles, trucks, and other
vehicles in running order and except for seasonal items such as Christmas trees
shall be stored within an enclosed building or within an enclosure surrounded by a
sight-obscuring mental fence or masonry wall at least six (6) feet in height.
7. Accessory signs and bulletins boards.
