This is the town's 1975 typed zoning ordinance, the only one posted online (on Emery County's site). It may be outdated; confirm the current rules with the town.

Area, width, location, height, and size requirements for dwellings shall be the same as
required in the R-1 Residential Zone.
All buildings shall be set back from any public street distance of no less than thirty (30)
feet or not less than sixty-five (65) feet from the center line of any public street
whichever is the greater. Gasoline dispensing pumps shall be set back at least fifteen (15)
feet from all property lines abutting upon streets or alleys.
