Enterprise zoning code

16-24-030 FINAL PLAT: STANDARD FORMS

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Enterprise code is at https://enterpriseutah.gov/city-ordiances/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Enterprise planning before you rely on it.
The final plat shall require: A. A registered professional Engineer or land surveyor's certificate of survey; B. The owner's certificate of dedication including a notary public’s acknowledgment; C. The consent of any party holding any mortgage or other security interest. D. The consent of the owner or operator of underground and utility facilities as required by law; E. The City planning commission's certificate of approval; F. The City Engineer's certificate of approval; G. The City attorney's certificate of approval; H. The City Council's certificate of approval and all other signatures as deemed necessary; I. A one-and-one-half by five-inch space in the lower right hand corner of the drawing for the county Recorder's use. (Ord. 2002-04, 2002)
