Erda zoning code

31-4 PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE (P-C): P-C zone area – minimum requirements

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Erda code is at https://erda.gov/city-codes-and-maps/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Erda planning before you rely on it.
Each P-C Zone shall contain a minimum of 4,000 acres in the City as depicted on the City Land Use Map on file with Planning and Zoning. If the P-C Zone contains multiple owners, the owners may, if necessary, to reach the 4,000-acre threshold, or if such owners otherwise desire, combine their properties for planning and development purposes.

31-3 PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE (P-C): Land use districts · 31-5 PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE (P-C): Permitted uses
