The Appeal Authority shall hold meetings and meet at the Garden City Offices or at such other reasonable location(s) within Garden City to conduct public meetings as the Committee, or a majority thereof, shall determine. Meetings shall be held in accordance with the provisions of Section 52-4-1 UCA (1953 edition), as amended, entitled “Open and public meetings”, or any successor statute enacted in its place.
