Density of up to 50 percent above the normal density permitted by ordinance, may be provided but shall be subject to compatibility with the surrounding natural and physical environment, site constraints, concurrency management requirements and shall be in keeping with the purpose and intent of this chapter.
The affordable housing units should be disbursed throughout the project and not concentrated in one area on the site.
