Monumentation Following completion of construction of the required improvements and prior to certification of completion by the Town engineer, certain land survey monuments shall be reset or verified by the subdivider’s engineer or surveyor to still be in place. These monuments shall have the size, shape, type of material as shown on the subdivision plat. The monuments shall be located as follows:
A. All angle points in the exterior boundary of the plat, B. All street intersections, points within and adjacent to the final plat, C. All street corner lines ending at boundary line of final plat, D. The point of beginning of the subdivision plat description.
