Genola zoning code

20.19.04 PERMIT APPLICATION

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Genola code is at https://genolaut.gov/zoning-code/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Genola planning before you rely on it.
The application for an Alternative Energy Source permit shall be submitted to the building inspector, which shall include the following: 1. Two (2) complete sets of detailed plans and specifications for the Source, which shall include a structural and electrical design. Copies of the site plan and the elevation will be included with the detailed plans. All systems intending to participate with net metering shall meet all requirements of the public utility company.
