The Kanab City Planning Commission shall elect a Chairperson and a Chairperson Elect from among its regular members, whose terms in such offices shall be for one (1) year. The Chairperson shall be a voting member of the Planning Commission. The Chairperson Elect shall be a member of the Planning Commission, and at the end of his or her term as Chairperson Elect shall become Chairperson unless the Kanab City Planning Commission shall vote otherwise. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Chairperson Elect shall serve as Chairperson Pro-Tem.
