A quorum shall consist of three (3) regular or alternate members and a Chairperson or Chairperson Pro-Tem. Meetings of the Kanab Planning Commission shall not be conducted unless a quorum is present, except that less than a quorum of regular or alternate members may act to suspend any meeting where a quorum is not present. A majority vote shall be constituted of at least a majority of the regular or alternate members present but no less than three (3).
