A. Commercial/Residential Mix shall only be allowed for properties that have frontage along Highway 89 and Highway 89A, in the area of 400 North through Center Street, continuing on 100 East to 700 South, and heading East on Highway 89 to 650 East. Commercial use shall be required on the main (ground) floor. Residential use is only permitted on any level above the main (ground) floor.
B. Residential uses for “Commercial / Residential Mix” may include one or more units.
C. All new buildings and developments for commercial/residential mix shall comply with Chapter 18 (Multi-Family Residential Zone) or Chapter 17 (Single Family) in the event of a residential structure.
