Lehi zoning code

07.140 Procedure for Determination of Economic Hardship

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Lehi code is at https://www.lehi-ut.gov/government/codes-ordinances/development-code/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Lehi planning before you rely on it.
Adopted 07/10/01 The Historic Preservation Commission shall consider all applications for economic hardship and shall; A. review the evidence of unreasonable economic return in relation to the standards set forth in Section 07.130; and B. if, after reviewing all the evidence, the Historic Preservation Commission finds that the standards set forth in Section 07.130 are satisfied, issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for demolition; or C. if the Historic Preservation Commission finds that the applicant has failed to present sufficient evidence and that the standards are not satisfied, deny the Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition.
