The City shall identify submittal requirements, instructions for completing forms, and internal procedures for acceptance and filing of applications. Additional information may be required for particular applications. The City shall provide the necessary forms for the administration, interpretation, and enforcement of this Code, which shall be maintained in the offices of the Planning Division, including but not limited to:
A. Application for Accessory Dwelling Unit;
B. Application for Annexation;
C. Application for Appeal;
D. Application for Area Plan Approval;
E. Application for Change in Permitted Use Approval;
F. Application for Conditional Use Permit Approval;
G. Application for Final Subdivision Plat Approval;
H. Application for General Plan Amendment, including text and Land Use Map amendments;
I. Application for Home Occupation Permit;
J. Application to the Land Use Hearing Examiner;
K. Application for Minor Revision;
L. Application for Permitted Use Approval;
M. Application for Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval;
N. Application for a Sign Permit;
O. Application for Site Plan Approval;
P. Application for Temporary Uses; and
Q. Application for Zone District Map Amendment or Development Code Amendment;
