It is the intent of this Code that approval of a final subdivision plat be a ministerial action by the City assuring compliance with the requirements of Section 11.060 and Section 11.100 of this Code and any conditions imposed by the Planning Commission for preliminary plat approval. After a final subdivision plat has been approved by the Zoning Administrator and recorded in the Office of the Utah County Recorder, the applicant may apply for building permits consistent with the approved final subdivision plat.
