A. The following applications shall be required to obtain site plan approval:
1. development requests to allow multi-family residential, mixed use, and nonresidential uses; and
2. requests for conditional use approval.
3. public or private infrastructure projects
B. A request for permitted use approval may be
required to obtain site plan approval.
