Lehi zoning code

21.030 Required Permit

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Lehi code is at https://www.lehi-ut.gov/government/codes-ordinances/development-code/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Lehi planning before you rely on it.
(Amended 01/08/02; 08/28/18) A temporary use permit approved by the Zoning Administrator shall be required for all uses listed in this Chapter and shall be issued prior to the commencement of the use. A. A temporary use permit is not a business license and the granting of said permit shall not relieve the applicant of any other license requirement of the City or any other public agency. B. When considered appropriate by the Zoning Administrator, a Temporary Use Permit may be referred to the Reviewing Departments and/or Planning Commission for review and approval. C. If any interested party objects to the issuance of the temporary use permit or any condition of approval, an appeal may be filed pursuant to Section 32-010 of this Code.
