Lehi zoning code

23.110 Changes to an Existing Sign

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Lehi code is at https://www.lehi-ut.gov/government/codes-ordinances/development-code/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Lehi planning before you rely on it.
Except as otherwise stated in this Chapter, any changes to an existing sign, including change in size and graphics, shall be approved by the Zoning Administrator or designee. Changes to existing pylon signs that would increase their size or height above approved standards or converting the sign face of an off-premises sign to an electronic display sign, shall require review and approval by the City Council, after a recommendation is provided by the Planning Commission following a public hearing.
