The hillside overlay zone applies to any lot, plot or other parcel of land containing areas of slopes between the slope class 2 and slope class 4 specification. (See definition of terms in section 17.08.020 of this title.) (Ord. 2022-5, 2022: Ord. 2002-5 § 1, 2002)
