Each lot or parcel of land in the R1 Zone shall abut a public street for a minimum distance of one hundred feet (100’) on a line parallel to the center line of the street or thirty five feet (35’) along the circumference of a cul-de-sac improved to City standards. Frontage on a Street end which does not have a cul-de-sac improved to City standards shall not be counted in meeting this requirement. (Ord. 2000-4-12, 4-1 2-2000)
