1. Except as provided in this Title, every required front, side and rear yard shall be open and unobstructed from the ground to the sky.
2. No lot or parcel of land shall be divided or reduced in area or dimension so as to cause any required yard or open space to be reduced below that existing at the time of the adoption of the Ordinance codified herein. No required yard or open space provided around any building for the purpose of complying with provisions of this Title shall be used or considered as a yard or open space for any other building.
