A conditional use permit may be revoked by the Land Use Authority in accordance with sections 102-43 and 108-4-8. Any violation of a condition of approval shall constitute a violation of this Land Use Code.
Prior to revocation, the permit holder shall be provided with written notice of the alleged violation before any revocation action is taken. The permit holder shall have the right to appeal the revocation decision to the Land Use Authority and subsequently to the Board of Appeals in accordance with Section 102-4-3.
