A factory built structure (often called mobile home) which is constructed in compliance with the Federal Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 which became effective June 15, 1976, transportable in one or more sections, built on a chassis and designed as a place for human habitation of not more than one family, with or without a permanent foundation when connected to required utilities. A manufactured home meeting the requirements of Chapter 18.64 shall be classified as a dwelling. (Ord.2001-7, 4/10/01 and Ord 94-14, (part) 12/13/94)
