A factory built structure which is constructed in compliance with the city's adopted building codes, transportable in one or more sections, built on a chassis and designed as a place for human habitation when placed on a permanent foundation and connected to all utilities. A modular home meeting the requirement of Chapter 18.64 shall be classified as a dwelling. (Ord. 94-14, (part) 12/13/94)
