Departments and agencies receiving the plans for review shall transmit comments or recommendations to the city planning commission in writing within fifteen days after receipt of the plan. Failure to report shall be deemed approval of the design unless an extension is requested. (Ord.2010-6, dated 3/9/10; prior codes: Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987 and §34-8A-2-7)
