18.24.180 Planning Commission Action

The planning commission shall review the application and plans of the proposed mobile home park. It shall consider the reports of the other departments and agencies together with the provisions of this chapter and any other ordinance and shall recommend to the city council approval, conditional approval, disapproval or an extension of time regarding the plans submitted. An extension of time shall be granted when, in the opinion of the city planning commission additional information is necessary to properly act on the application in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The city planning commission shall make a full written report to the city council on each mobile home park application. The city council shall pass on the report with approval, conditional approval, disapproval or an extension of time regarding the plans submitted.
