Each mobile home lot shall be provided with a minimum six inch thick, crushed rock (3/4" minus) pad and shall be treated to prevent growth of weeds or other vegetation beneath the structures.
Pads shall be the same base dimensions as the structures to be placed above them. Each mobile home shall be placed on supports and footings and anchorage shall be installed, all in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
