18.24.550 Fire Extinguishing Equipment

Every mobile home park or recreational coach park shall be equipped at all times with fire extinguishing equipment in good working order of such type, size and number and so located within the park as to satisfy applicable regulations of the city fire marshal. No open fires shall be permitted at any place which may endanger life or property. Where a public water system is available to the mobile home park, standard fire hydrants and fire service lines shall be installed in such a manner that a fire hydrant shall be located within three hundred feet of each mobile home space.
