Each tenant storage cabinet shall be metal or other suitable material and shall be similar as to size and location throughout the mobile home park site. All cabinets shall be kept clean and shall be maintained in good condition and kept painted and shall contain a minimum of two hundred cubic feet of storage area and a minimum of six feet in height.
