An outdoor patio area of not less than one hundred eighty square feet shall be provided by the operator or developer at each mobile home lot. It shall be conveniently located to the side of the mobile home and appropriately related to open areas of the lot and other facilities, for the purpose of providing suitable outdoor living space to supplement the limited interior spaces of a mobile home.
