18.24.660 Separation of Mobile Homes

A. Mobile homes shall be located so that they are at least: 1. Twenty-five feet apart side to side; 2. Twenty feet apart from side to rear; 3. Twenty feet apart from rear to rear; 4. Fifteen feet away from any interior property line boundary. B. The mobile home pad or stand shall be fifteen feet minimum from edge of curb or walkway.
Mobile home hitches shall face the interior roads and shall not be closer than fifteen feet to vehicular areas. (Ord.2010-6, dated 3/9/10; prior codes: Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987 and §34-8A-8-2)
