A. The owner of an existing billboard may remove the existing billboard and relocate to
an approved location only after permits are obtained as set forth in this chapter and other provisions of this chapter are complied with.
B. Billboards moved to approved locations shall conform to all requirements of the new location and this chapter.
C. Relocations required as a result of government actions shall be allowed to any appropriate location and such relocation shall be allowed to include billboards of the same size, height and configuration as at the prior location or may be modified in any way that does not increase the size and height.
