A. Billboard companies having a billboard within the city are considered a business operating
within the city and shall be subject to obtaining a business license, paying the required fee as established in the fee schedule of the city, and providing appropriate information on all billboards within the city owned by the company. (Ord.2009-6, dated 5/12/09)
