A. District Area Requirements. The minimum area for a planned residential unit development
shall be ten acres. B. Density. The number of dwelling units permitted per unit of land area in a planned
residential unit development shall not be greater than one per twenty thousand square feet, including areas designated for open spaces. (Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987: prior code §34-13A-5)
