A. PRUD and PUD sewer connection fees will be charged at a fee established from time to
time by the city council per each living unit within the PRUD or PUD. The connection fee will be the same as any individual resident's connection fee or in accordance with previous agreements as approved by the city.
B. All maintenance and repairs shall be performed on the water utilities by the PRUD or PUD home owners association under the direction and inspection of the city. (Ord 90-7, 5/8/90)
