The sensitive area overlay zone ordinance codified in this chapter does not add to the allowed uses of any zone but converts a permitted use in each respective zone over which the sensitive area ordinance codified in this chapter extends to a conditional use. This standard shall not apply to approved and recorded subdivisions outside of the Pole Patch Area. (Ord.2008-11, dated 9/24/08 and Ord. 87-17.03 (part), 1987: prior code §34-13B-4)
