Same as those specified for the particular use in the respective zone over which the sensitive area zone extends. Before building permits are issued for any construction in a sensitive area zone, the procedure set forth in Sections 18.38.070 and 18.38.080 must be completed and a conditional use permit must be approved by the city council in accordance with the provisions of this title. This standard shall not apply to approved and recorded subdivisions outside of the Pole Patch Area. (Ord.2008-11, dated 9/24/08 and Ord. 8717.03 (part), 1987: prior code §34-13B-5)
